Holiday Chalet in Hintertahl
The Chalet Orléans was built in 2017 on a south-facing hillside 8 minute’s walk outside the beautiful village of Hinterthal.
Designed and constructed to the highest standards, the chalet offers both,
extreme comfort and a beautiful warm typical Austrian atmosphere.
From the balconies and huge windows, there are breath-taking
views of the Hochkönig mountain range.
HOUSE
The chalet is divided into two apartments. The first-floor apartment is reached either by
the front door or through the garage.
A separate wooden staircase leads into a large lobby with ample wardrobes.
From there you enter the spacious open-plan living room with spectacular views.
A comfortable sofa around a log fire gives you the relaxing atmosphere
you long for after an active day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for
a perfect dinner around the large wooden table.
The apartment has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
In addition, if required on the same floor, there is another double bedroom “the Stadl “,
a bathroom and if required a bunk room with 4 beds.
The apartment has therefore complete flexibility to a maximum of 10 persons.
In the basement is a sauna with a music amplifier and a shower.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
In the garage, there are ski racks and a boot dryer.
There is one car space in the garage and more space outside.

Hinterthal has excellent connections.
It is 1 hour by car from Salzburg and there are good shuttle buses and taxi services.
The village is 1,000 metres above sea level,
14 kilometres from Saalfelden and
87km from Salzburg. It lies at the foot of the Hochkönig mountains
close to Maria Alm am Steinernen Meer.
Hinterthal has three ski lifts, linking into over 150 kilometres of skiing.
It has its own nursery slope and ski school.
The area also has an impressive snow record due to its microclimate and the
ski season usually starts in late
November and lasts until mid-April.
